Service Description

Individual private Yoga sessions tailored to your needs and abilities to gently stretch, stimulate, detox and strengthen bones, muscles, organs, tissues and cells. //-// Sonia is a Certified Yoga Teacher with Iyengar Yoga style emphasis which guides you with proper alignment, the use of props and lots of breathing and exploration of what your body can do. //-// Group classes are also available on Mon & Thurs at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Thurs at 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Cost is $10 per person. Private sessions are $45 or $50 for two people.
