Hydrate with Sole - Liquid sun light

Physiological hydration is similar to physiological nutrition. Quality matters.
Natural salt contains all of the natural elements in the periodic table (except the inert gases). The body makes all other substances, including vitamins and proteins. Water, salt and light, as energy forms, can construct highly geometrically structured chain links, that are biochemically identical to vitamins and proteins. That is what gives sole of such significance as a life-builder.
Life comes from a water and salt solution. This is Sole (soley). Seventy percent of the Earth is salt water. Salt holds light energy. Adding water to natural salt liberates this energy, which then allows the elements in salt to be ionized and able to penetrate the cells.
The easiest, fastest way to hydrate and energize your cells and body is with Sole
Sole is derived from the Latin word for sun "sol", as it is the liquid materialization of sunlight. Sole means "liquid sunlight" or "liquid light energy."
How to prepare
1. Fill a wide-mouth glass jar half-way up with Himalayan crystal salt rocks.2. Fill the jar with good clean water.3. Let it sit for 24 hours so the water becomes saturated with the crystal salt.
The water in the jar has now transformed into “SOLE” (so-lay). Cover the jar with a non-metal lid. No special storage is needed. Simply keep the Sole jar on your kitchen counter.
The salt rocks should always be visible in the jar. Add new rocks before they have fully dissolved. Add new water as needed and soak for 24 hours each time to ensure complete saturation before next use.
How to drink it: Add one teaspoon of Sole to 8 ounces of pure, filtered water in the morning.
Sole solution and Adrenal Fatigue - from Drandrewneville.com
Salt plays a crucial role in metabolic function. The entire body runs on the energy produced by little pumps called sodium/potassium pumps. The vast majority of chemical reactions in the body are dependent on adequate levels of sodium and potassium. Sodium and potassium levels are primarily controlled by the hormones of the adrenal glands.
Our adrenal glands secrete a hormone called aldosterone. Aldosterone controls our ability to hold onto salt (sodium, to be more specific). The stronger our adrenal glands, the stronger our aldosterone levels, and the better our ability to hold onto salt.
In the body there is a basic rule that “water follows salt.” Therefore, if we have weakened adrenals, and hence have lower aldosterone, we will have lower salt/sodium. Since water follows salt, we will lose water as well. If we lose water (primarily by making us urinate frequently), we lose most of our blood volume. If we lose most of our blood volume, we can become lightheaded and chronically dehydrated, two of the most common effects of Adrenal Fatigue.
The resulting problems have to do with adequate salt retention and cause major stress and dysfunction in the body. This is because all functions in the body exist in an aqueous medium (approximately 70% water). That means the body needs water to run all of its enzymes and metabolic processes. When this is not possible, dysfunction occurs on many levels.
The simple solution is to consume adequate salt regularly until the adrenal system can perform that function normally.
If you do not drink enough good water (coffee, tea, pop or soda, alcohol do not count) you will become dehydrated - you will have clogged lymph and many other problems. If you start drinking 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight per day, you will notice immediate improvements in the short term. In 2 to 6 months you will be fully hydrated and cleaned of many toxins. A simple test of your level of dehydration is to soak in the tub. If the pads of your fingers crinkle badly you are dehydrated. If they are hardly affected by a 1/2 hour soak you are much improved."
